Blue Flowers passionately creates luxury floral masterpieces, with an edge, for clients in Sydney, Australia.
Cecile Keogh, Founder + Creative Director is known for her colourful bold floral silhouettes. She started Blue Flowers in 2015 after leaving the fashion industry to embark a different career path as a florist.
I was commissioned in 2019 to assist BF in a charity calendar that promoted Sydney-based Florists. I assisted her by creating a bespoke digital artwork for the calendar.
Brief & Idea.
The brief for this project was to create digital artworks using a series of photographs that were taken by a photographer that BF commissioned.
Taking some creative direction from Cecile, 3 seperate digital artworks were created in Photoshop using her self portraits.
Result.
One out of the three digital artworks was then chosen by Cecile for a final calendar submission.
The calendar was published a few months later as hard copies which were sold online, and in selected stores around Sydney.
