My background in Graphic Design from Western Sydney University, combined with specialised qualifications in Customer Experience Strategy (CX) and User Experience (UX)/ User Interface (UI) Design from TAFE, Curtin University, and RMIT, gives me a well-rounded perspective on creating User-Centered Design (UCD) solutions.
I believe that successful design is all about collaboration. I love working closely with my clients and their users to truly understand their needs and goals. This collaborative approach allows me to create impactful and elegant solutions that meet both business objectives and user expectations.
My experience spans a diverse range of industries, including education, government, consumer organisations, medical institutes, food and retail, music, insurance, and even interior styling. This variety has given me a unique insight into different user behaviors and allows me to apply a wide range of User-Centered Design (UCD) methods, from customer experience design and product strategy to behavioral design.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me spending time with my family, tending to my garden and my peaceful white doves, walking my dog, or indulging in other creative pursuits like furniture refurbishment, a bit of cross-stitch, or simply enjoying the beauty of an art gallery. These activities help me recharge and bring fresh perspectives to my work.
