I’m a Design (Visual Communication) graduate from Western Sydney University, and have qualifications from TAFE, Curtin University, and RMIT on Customer Experience Strategy CX and UX/UI Design.

Through collaboration with clients and their users, I strive to create impactful and elegant product solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs. I have a breadth of experience from industries including education, government, consumer organisations, medical institutes, food and retail, music, insurance, and interior styling. In these industries I have practiced many kinds of User Centred Design (UCD) methods, including customer experience design, product strategy, and behavioural design.

Outside of design, I enjoy a variety of activities with my family, gardening, walking my dog, caring for my white doves, and exploring creative pursuits such as refurbishing or simple cross-stitch or wandering through art galleries.
