What I Do (Services)
Core expertise
Website Design & Mobile App Design
I create easy-to-navigate layouts and digital screens specifically for large business platforms, online portals, and mobile devices. I take complicated systems with a lot of moving parts and turn them into straightforward, stress-free digital tools that make sense the moment a user opens them.
Master Design Systems & Governance
I build and manage unified libraries of reusable design pieces (like buttons, forms, and menus). This acts as a shared master toolkit for your company, allowing your programming teams to build and launch new features much faster while keeping your brand looking completely consistent across every single page.
Digital Accessibility Audits & Training
I review your websites and apps to ensure they fully pass strict international accessibility rules (specifically the WCAG standards). This means making sure your text is easy to read, your site can be navigated using only a keyboard, and your software works perfectly for everyone—including people with vision impairments or other disabilities. This protects your business from legal risks and ensures you don’t lose out on a massive audience of customers.
How We Can Work Together
Whether you need a senior designer to jump into a complicated system, set up a design master framework that your team can grow with, or review your product’s digital accessibility, I can help you bring clarity to the project.

FAQs for Talent Partners & Design Directors
How do you approach Design System governance across large or scaling product teams?
I view a design system not as a static UI kit, but as a living product that requires strict governance to stay effective. My approach focuses on establishing a shared contribution model between design and engineering.
I implement structured token pipelines, clear documentation protocols, and regular component audits to prevent design debt from creeping in. By aligning design system updates with release cycles, I ensure that the system remains a single, reliable source of truth that accelerates development velocity while maintaining absolute brand consistency across enterprise applications.
How do you integrate into fast-paced Agile workflows without sacrificing UX quality?
I embed deeply into the Agile lifecycle by working a sprint or two ahead of development for discovery and deep UX architecture, while remaining fully integrated in the current sprint for implementation support.
I prioritise lean user research, rapid prototyping, and high-fidelity UI specifications to keep the momentum moving. By leveraging established design systems and utilising data-driven heuristic evaluations, I ensure the product team can ship code rapidly without compromising on usability, scalability, or WCAG accessibility standards.
What is your strategy for effective cross-functional collaboration?
Successful products are built at the intersection of design, technology, and business logic. I build strong, transparent partnerships with Product Managers to align user journeys with commercial Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and with Engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.
I speak the language of both business strategy and front-end code, which allows me to facilitate constructive alignment workshops, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and keep the entire cross-functional squad focused on delivering the highest possible value to the end user.
How do you manage stakeholder pushback regarding digital accessibility compliance?
I reframe accessibility (WCAG 2.2) from a legal checklist or an afterthought into a core risk-mitigation and market-expansion strategy. When encountering resistance, I present data-driven arguments showing how inclusive design principles improve general usability metrics, boost SEO, and protect the brand from compliance risks. By embedding accessibility checks directly into the initial product discovery phase, it becomes a seamless, non-negotiable part of our definition of ‘Done,’ rather than a costly fix at the end of the development lifecycle.
