Eleonor Collins

I’m a Senior Product Designer with more than 17 years of experience helping businesses turn confusing, complicated products into clear, easy-to-use websites and mobile apps. I do my best work in places where there is a lot to sort out—whether that means updating old, clunky software, mapping out a customer’s entire journey from start to finish, or helping fast-moving teams get organised.

I’ve worked across the insurance and healthcare industries, as well as with startups. In every role, I team up closely with product managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver practical design solutions that can grow alongside the company. From setting up master design systems that keep everything looking consistent to running user research and turning big ideas into finished features, I am just as comfortable planning the big-picture strategy as I am doing the hands-on design work.

Making software easy to use and fully accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, is a massive part of how I work. My goal is to create digital products that don’t just check off a box, but actually make complete sense to the real people using them every day.

Outside of work, I keep my creative side active through up-cycling and craft making, hobbies where paying close attention to the smallest details is absolutely everything. I also love to potter in the garden, which gives me a wonderful chance to slow down, disconnect from screens, and build things with my hands in a completely different way.
