About me

I’m a Senior Product Designer with 17+ years of experience helping organisations turn complex products into clear, intuitive experiences. I work best in environments where there’s a lot to untangle—whether that’s modernising legacy systems, shaping end-to-end journeys, or bringing structure to fast-moving teams.

I’ve worked across insurance, healthcare, and startups, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable design solutions. From leading design systems to running research and translating strategy into execution, I’m comfortable operating at both the big-picture and hands-on level.

Accessibility and human-centred design are a big part of how I work. I focus on creating products that don’t just meet requirements, but actually make sense to the people using them.

Outside of work, I keep my creative side active through a cake decorating project—where attention to detail really matters—and as a member of the Blacktown Garden Club, which gives me a chance to slow down and build things in a completely different way.
