About me

UX/UI designer with a background in graphic design. Based in Sydney, Australia

Bio

I started out in graphic design with a focus on making things look great, but I quickly realised I wanted to go deeper. I wanted to understand the “why”—how people actually navigate and interact with what I build.

That shift led me to UX design, where I get to balance creativity with genuine problem-solving. I’m all about creating digital experiences that feel as intuitive as they are beautiful.

When I’m off the clock, I’m usually making the most of the Sydney sunshine. You’ll find me out for a walk or a local park with my family, getting stuck into the garden, tending to my pet guinea pigs and white doves. For me, there’s nothing better than balancing a day of design with plenty of fresh air and a bit of nature.

Putting people first

I create digital experiences that are simple, clear, and genuinely useful — the work speaks for itself.

Studying and seeking new work opportunities as a Principal Product Designer (UX/UI)

I’m currently looking for part time UX/UI design work while I complete studying intensive UX with Harness Projects over the next couple of months.

I’m exploring design principles, user research, and interface design, and actively seeking opportunities where I can apply these skills to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences.

I am open to new work opportunities in UX/UI. If you’re interested in working together, contact me.

ketch-Up UX presentation

I successfully presented my user experience solution to the client for the ketch-Up homepage and Meetups landing pages in mobile view, walking through the research insights, design rationale, and key interaction improvements. The project showcased a clearer user journey, stronger visual hierarchy, and more intuitive pathways for discovering events and engaging with the community.
You can explore the full presentation slides along with the final Figma prototype.

My breast cancer – Recovery and remission

Celebrating the end of a year-long journey through breast cancer treatment — a milestone that marks the completion of two surgeries, six months of chemotherapy, and three weeks of radiation. It was a moment filled with relief, gratitude, and a quiet pride in everything I had faced and overcome.

Product design career break

With the onset of breast cancer treatment, I stepped back from my Product Design career and took on a role as an Early Childhood Educator at Nido Early School in Seven Hills, where many of my design skills naturally carried over. My focus during this time was to prioritise my health, complete my treatments, and prepare to return to design full time once I had fully recovered.

Breast cancer diagnosis

My recent mammogram confirmed a breast cancer diagnosis, and the year ahead became a journey through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Throughout it all, I stayed focused on keeping my spirits high and remaining an active, contributing part of both my home and my community.
